Due to the scale and ferocity of bushfires sweeping NSW (and QLD), it is testing the resources of those truly inspirational firefighters, charities and animal rescue groups – including those protecting our precious koalas, who have been badly burned or killed – who are understandably making desperate public pleas for financial assistance to help them best meet the varying needs of victims.
